1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L., Tax ID B05379060, located at C/ Doctor Esquerdo 105, 28007 Madrid (Spain) (hereinafter, “Padel Market”).
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
Those who subscribe to the Padel Market newsletter through https://padelmarket.com/pages/sorteos during the promotional period will be entered into the giveaway. Two padel packs will be given away:

Pack 1: NOX QUANTUM Cobalt 12K 2025 (Racket) + NOX STREET Series Sky Blue 2024 (Racket Bag).

Pack 2: NOX QUANTUM Carbon 12K 2025 (Racket) + NOX STREET Series Black/Gray 2024 (Racket Bag).
3. Territorial and Personal Scope
Valid in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). Participation is open to residents of the indicated territory aged 18 and over. Employees of Padel Market, participating agencies, and their immediate family members are excluded.
4. Participation Dates
From November 8 (00:00 CET) to November 17 (23:59 CET).
The winner will be drawn/verified on November 19.
5. How to Participate

Subscribe using the form at https://padelmarket.com/pages/sorteos within the specified dates.

One entry per person/email address. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Winner Selection
On November 19th, two winners and two alternates will be selected by random draw. One prize pack will be awarded to each winner; the order in which the packs are drawn will determine the pack (1st → Pack 1; 2nd → Pack 2).
7. Prize Notification and Delivery
Notification will be sent by email (to the address provided during registration) and, subsequently if necessary, by telephone.
If the winner does not respond, does not meet the requirements, or does not provide a shipping address within 72 hours of the initial notification, the prize will be awarded to the alternate. Shipping is free to addresses within the contest area, with an estimated delivery time of up to 30 days from the date of validation.
8. Prizes and Value
Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Prizes may be substituted with another prize of equivalent value and characteristics if necessary.
Approximate value per pack: €404.80 (RRP).
9. Taxation
Current tax regulations will apply. Where applicable, Padel Market will withhold any applicable taxes or comply with any legal obligations; the winner will provide the necessary information.
10. Data Protection
Data Controller: EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L.
Purposes: to manage participation, communicate results, and, where applicable, send commercial communications if the participant consents.
Legal basis: performance of the promotional contract and, for communications, the consent of the data subject.

11. Announcement of Winners
Padel Market will not publish the names of the winners on its website or social media. Winners will be notified privately by email (and subsequently by telephone) to arrange delivery.
12. Fraud and Disqualifications
Entries obtained through automated procedures, with false identities, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
13. Modifications and Cancellation
Padel Market may modify these Terms and Conditions for justified reasons or cancel the draw due to force majeure, without prejudice to the rights acquired by participants.
14. Platform Disclaimer
If this promotion is shared on social media, the platforms themselves do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion and are therefore exempt from all liability.
15. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This promotion is governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless otherwise required by law.
