Return Instructions
This page explains how returns and refunds work at Padel Market USA. Please read it before sending anything back.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at usa@padelmarket.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. A $10 return/restocking fee applies and is deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (a defective or incorrect item), the return is free and no fee applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the amount.
