This page explains how returns and refunds work at Padel Market USA. Please read it before sending anything back.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at usa@padelmarket.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for instructions from our team before sending anything back.
Return shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Padel Market USA does not charge a restocking fee.
We do not automatically provide a prepaid return label. If you would like our team to arrange a return label, please ask when you contact us. We will confirm whether a label can be provided, any applicable cost, and how it would be paid or deducted before you agree to use it.
If your return is due to our error or a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the amount.
