Refund Policy

At Padel Market USA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our team by email at usa@padelmarket.com before sending anything back.

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, protective plastic, and any other materials included with the product.

To start a return, please email us at usa@padelmarket.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps if the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in original condition. If a returned item is used, damaged, dirty, missing packaging, missing tags, missing accessories, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in its original condition, Padel Market USA may refuse the return or adjust the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, personalized products, custom products, used products, and any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at usa@padelmarket.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue so we can review it quickly.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed damaged or defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs, if any, may not be refundable.
