At Padel Market USA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find the same padel product advertised for less by an authorized U.S. retailer, we’ll review the offer and do our best to match the price when it meets the conditions below.

How It Works

If you find a lower price on the exact same product before placing your order, or within 7 days after your purchase, contact our team by email at usa@padelmarket.com with the details.

We’ll review the request and, if it qualifies, we may offer a price adjustment, refund of the difference, store credit, or a custom discount code.

What to Send Us

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your Padel Market USA order number, if you have already placed the order.
• A link or screenshot showing the lower price.
• The competitor’s store name or website.
• The product page showing the item is currently in stock.
• Any relevant details such as size, color, model year, or specifications.

What Qualifies

To qualify for a price match, the lower price must be:

• From an authorized U.S.-based retailer.
• Publicly listed and verifiable online.
• For the exact same product, including brand, model, year, size, color, and specifications.
• Available and in stock at the time we review the request.
• Submitted before purchase or within 7 days of your Padel Market USA order date.

What Does Not Qualify

We cannot match:

• Used, refurbished, damaged, open-box, demo, or pre-owned products.
• Final sale, clearance, liquidation, or closeout prices.
• Auction websites, marketplace sellers, third-party sellers, or unauthorized retailers.
• Private discounts, one-time coupon codes, loyalty rewards, member-only pricing, or personalized offers.
• Bundle-only discounts or gift-with-purchase offers.
• Shipping promotions, free shipping offers, or differences in shipping cost.
• Pricing errors or prices that cannot be verified.
• Prices that violate brand restrictions or Minimum Advertised Price policies.

Price match requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Padel Market USA reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit any price match request at its discretion.

The product must be available for purchase from both Padel Market USA and the competing retailer at the time of review.
