This Promotions & Discounts Policy explains how promotional offers, discount codes, sale prices, bundles, free shipping offers, and other special offers may apply at Padel Market USA.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms shown on the product page, cart, checkout, email, advertisement, or promotion page.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase. Discounts cannot always be applied after an order has been placed.

Discount codes may be limited by product, brand, category, order value, customer eligibility, date, usage limit, or other conditions.

One Discount Per Order

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes, promotions, store credits, price match offers, free gifts, bundles, and other offers may not be combined.

If multiple promotions are available, the customer may need to choose the best applicable offer at checkout.

Padel Market USA does not guarantee retroactive price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotion, sale, discount, or price change.

Any price adjustment request is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed.

Price Match Offers

Price match requests are governed by our Price Match Guarantee and may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, exclusions, and review.

Price match offers may not be combined with other promotions, discount codes, bundles, or special offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Free Shipping Offers

Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, destination restrictions, carrier availability, or other limitations.

Free shipping offers apply only when shown as available at checkout.

Gift With Purchase and Bundles

Gift-with-purchase offers, bundles, and promotional packages may be available for a limited time and while supplies last.

If an order containing a promotional gift or bundle is returned, the promotional item may also need to be returned. If it is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by policy and applicable law.

Errors and Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or modify any promotion, discount, coupon code, or order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorized resale, technical error, pricing error, or violation of our policies.

We also reserve the right to correct promotional errors, including after an order has been placed, where permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Coupon Websites

Padel Market USA is not responsible for coupon codes, offers, or promotional claims published by third-party coupon websites, browser extensions, influencers, affiliates, or other external sources unless expressly authorized by us.

Changes to Promotions

Promotions may be changed, extended, shortened, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice, unless otherwise required by law.
